Naudé is the youngest son of Chris and Naubie Rossouw. He obtained his medical
degree from the University of Pretoria in 1996. He spent a considerable amount of time in
the United Kingdom, where he practised medicine and acquired skills and knowledge of
international standards. After returning to his country of origin, he went on to work as a
general practitioner in Pretoria. Being part of such a dynamic family, he gained extensive
knowledge of entrepreneurship and business practices, especially property development,
from his siblings.
In 2003, he joined the family business full-time and developed two large brands: Rossgro
Eggs and Rossgro Feeds. Over a period of 10 years, Naudé was project manager of the
construction of 30 environmentally controlled layer houses. He took the family business to a
new level by establishing the Rossgro brand in the commercial field as well as in the building
industry of South Africa.
