Chantal has a keen interest in golf and arts and craft as a hobby. Her two children in the German School are her pride and joy. She was a boarder at Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskoool and studied Quantity Surveying at the University of Pretoria, where she graduated her Bsc (Hons) Quantity Surveying with Cum Laude. Chantal was a part-time lecturer for six years at the University of Pretoria in Estimating and Analysis for Building Works.

Chantal gained extensive experience in all fields of Quantity Surveying, from the inception
conceptual feasibility stage to preparation of detailed cost plans, production of bills of quantities, tender evaluation reporting, interim valuations for payments, cost reporting, and finalization of all accounts. Her experience also includes the interpretation of various standard contract documents used in the building industry, providing expert advice on claims, developing cost and feasibility computer models, and management practice.

Chantal joined Realgrowth Development in 2016 and has a passion for the actual development. She plays a key role in determining the efficiency of each unique development.
